Asia Pacific Ball

The Committee to decide whether we should join in with the Chinese Society Owens in the organising of the ball. We have to put a deposit to join in the organisation. All current committee members who attended are for it. Zarique to call up the others who were absent to ask for their opinion.

Zarique to talk to Ada Wat (President of Chinese Society) to get further details on the organisation. We also have to make sure that we have an equal say during the organisation, as we are putting in the same amount of money as other societies involved.

Les Miserables and Phantom of the Opera will be in Manchester either beginning of this month or next year. We could organise this trip for the members.

a)      Committee members to be removed from Committee by unanimous votes if found to be incompetent.

b)      Committee members to be fined if do not attend meetings without valid reason.
