Zarique plans to have at least a
session of sports every week.

the society combines with the Singaporean Society for a session of
football each week.

Fazir to liase with Fahmi regarding
the date and time of sport events to be held so that Fahmi can
inform the members of the upcoming events.

matters
·
Seow Yan to send the website
address of Chinese Society, University of Manchester to Committee
members.
·
Seow Yan to pass on email address
of Malaysian Society, University of Salford to Zarique to foster
ties so that we might have some joint activities with them in
future.

Seow Yan to print out a skeleton
Constitution so that the Committee can work out a complete
Constitution in the next meeting.
·
Chin objected to the motion raised
in the last meeting regarding the imposition of fine on Committee
members who do not attend meetings. After numerous outputs of ideas
and suggestions, there is no apparent outcome of this discussion.
Matter to be solved after Constitution is written.

All future meetings to be held on
Wednesday afternoons in one of the room in the Student Union
·
More publicity for future events.
Should not be limited to emailing. Chia Yen to look into making
posters and flyers to put up in halls of residence and also to make
arrow signs to help locate the location of event being held.
·
Chin suggested by putting up
advertisements in our website would be a good way of financing the
society. However he is concerned that it might infringe the rules
and regulations of the Student Union. Zarique to obtain a copy of
the Rules and Regulations with regards to websites put up by
societies and to hand copy to Chin.
