Food fair

• Zarique congratulated the Committee for the job well done for the Food fair as we had a very good response.

• Food was sold out within matter of 50 minutes.

• However there were a shortage of food for people at the end of the line.

• This could be due to inaccurate estimation on our part as the mailing list was not fully in operation.

• There should be better organisation and planning for the next food fair to ensure that all members get to purchase their food.

Constitution

• Seow Yan produced the skeleton constitution obtained from the Internet.

• The committee discussed on the vital information to be put in to the Constitution.

• Seow Yan to write out the draft Constitution to be approved.

Activities for the remaining of this term

Social Gathering

Due to the amazing response from our Food Fair, we have decided to have another social gathering next week to get to know the members better. Members would be able to buy food and drinks and there will also be music. Basically the aim of this project is to inform the members of the activities that we are going to have for this semester and to gauge the response.

3. Venue: Rosamund Room, Grosvenor Place

Amity Shield

Fazir to try to get the venue for this sport event and also to liase with the Sport Secretaries of other societies.

Fahmi to try to get discounts from the place so that it would be cheaper for over member to go.
